Role Overview:
As an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist at Deque, you will identify, engage, and qualify prospects across the APAC region. You will focus on outbound prospecting to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and book meetings that contribute to the expansion of Deque’s customer base. Your efforts will directly support the growth of digital accessibility solutions, including Deque’s innovative tools like axe DevTools, accessibility audits, and compliance certifications.

We’re seeking a natural hunter with a proactive attitude and a growth mindset who thrives on building relationships and generating high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop strategic outreach plans, conduct market research, and uncover new opportunities in key industries such as Financial Services, SaaS, Education, Retail, and Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Outbound Prospecting: Proactively source, qualify, and nurture leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate SQLs, driving Deque’s business growth across APAC.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct detailed qualification of prospects to ensure alignment with Deque’s target customer profiles, focusing on key industries in the APAC region.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to schedule high-value meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Partner with cross-functional teams to align lead generation efforts with Deque’s broader marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on APAC market trends, industry standards, and regional accessibility regulations to identify and target new business opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead data within the CRM (Salesforce or similar), ensuring effective tracking and follow-up for lead nurturing.
  • Strategic Outreach: Customize outreach strategies to engage decision-makers, from CXOs to technical stakeholders, ensuring Deque’s solutions are presented effectively.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed lead generation targets, focusing on SQLs that convert into meaningful business opportunities.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

  • Salesforce: Expertise managing leads and maintaining up-to-date records within Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
  • Outplay: Experience using Outplay for outbound prospecting and lead engagement automation.
  • LinkedIn Premium: Proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn Premium for prospect research, outreach, and relationship-building with key decision-makers.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound lead generation, with specific expertise in the APAC region.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in cold calling, prospecting, and SQL generation, particularly within sectors such as Financial Services, Education, Retail, and Managed Services.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficiency in using and maintaining CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with APAC market trends, regulations, and best practices in outbound lead generation and digital accessibility.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other tools for outreach (email, social media platforms).
